1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ego77" refers to the online betting platform accessible at https://ego77.cam and its related services, software, and mobile applications.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access services on ego77.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who registers for and uses an Account on ego77.
• "Gambling Activities" includes sports betting, live casino games, slot games, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and all other forms of real-money wagering offered on the platform.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your bank account or e-wallet into your ego77 Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your ego77 Account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by ego77.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all platform operations and customer service hours.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an account on ego77, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the platform from within Indonesian territory.
• All information provided during registration (full name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, bank account details) is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any changes.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on ego77 or any other online gambling platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using the platform solely for your own personal entertainment.
• You have only one account on ego77. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You agree to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

ego77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Indonesia:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method but generally does not exceed Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly during banking hours (8:00-21:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process. ego77 does not charge any fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from legitimate sources, and we reserve the right to request proof of fund origin for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you made your most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. If you wish to withdraw to a different account, you must first contact customer support for verification.

Standard processing time for withdrawals is 15-30 minutes during WIB banking hours (8:00-21:00). VIP members enjoy priority processing with average times under 10 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed the following morning at 8:00 WIB. ego77 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your receiving bank may impose transfer fees.

First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC process). You will be asked to submit a clear photo of your government-issued ID card (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months). This is a one-time process taking 2-4 hours. Subsequent withdrawals will not require additional verification unless there are changes to your account information or suspicious activity is detected.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ego77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the promotional page at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 15x to 25x) before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 20.000.000 in total bets.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%. Sports bets usually contribute 100% but must meet minimum odds requirements (typically 1.50 or higher).
• Maximum Bet Limits: While a bonus is active, you may not place bets exceeding Rp 50.000 per spin/hand/bet. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within a specified timeframe (typically 30 days). Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus per person, per household, per IP address, per device is allowed. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.

ego77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold bonuses or confiscate bonus winnings if we suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of advantage play.

5. Betting Rules and Conduct

When placing bets on ego77, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by our system.
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, match-fixing involvement, or advantage play.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds or bet settlement (known as "palpable errors"), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Examples include odds displayed as 100.00 when the correct odds should have been 1.10, or a match being settled as a winner when it was actually postponed.
• For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results as published by the governing sports organization (FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, FIM for MotoGP, etc.). Subsequent changes to results after official publication do not affect bet settlement.
• Live betting markets close when a goal is scored, a wicket falls, or any significant game event occurs. Bets placed during this closure period will be rejected.
• For togel (lottery games), results are based on official draw outcomes published by the respective lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). ego77 does not control or influence lottery results.
• For casino games, the Random Number Generator (RNG) determines all outcomes. RNG software is certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness.

6. Responsible Gaming

ego77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control:

• Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily exclude yourself from gambling activities for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Contact customer support to activate self-exclusion immediately.
• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss amounts over specified periods to prevent chasing losses.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations and receive automatic logout when time expires.
• Reality Check Reminders: Enable pop-up reminders showing session duration and win/loss totals at regular intervals.

7. Limitations of Liability

• Losses resulting from platform maintenance, updates, or temporary service interruptions

In no event shall ego77's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount you deposited in the 90 days preceding the claim. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ego77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and user interface design, is the property of ego77 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ego77 without our express written permission.

The ego77 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Indonesian law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

If your account is closed for violation of these terms, any bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited. Your initial deposits may be returned at our discretion after deducting any applicable charges.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of ego77 must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Claims filed after this period are barred.

12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

ego77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform.
